GRANGE PRESENTS $5 M TO SHELTON'S MEDICAL CARE

Minister of Culture, Gender, Entertainment and Sport, the Honourable Olivia Grange comforts Jamaican footballer, Luton Shelton whom she presented with a cheque for five million dollars from the Sports Development Foundation towards his medical care. The presentation was made during the RSPL Monday night game at the Harbour View Stadium. Shelton was diagnosed with ALS, a progressive neurodegenerative disease that affects nerve cells in the brain and the spinal cord.
